I am personally so surprised to read two of these reviews. Pat and his wife and daughter were nothing but professional, punctual and informative. Emails I sent with questions were either returned promptly or followed up with a phone call. In fact, Pat took a look at our boiler free of charge to see why it wasn't working and then quickly fixed that problem on the same day he installed our mini-splits which we absolutely LOVE! They provide a great source of supplemental heat keeping our oil heating bills lower and provide cool comfort in the warmer weather. They have been nothing but genuine and helpful throughout the install process, were by far the best quote we received, and followed up in person to assist us in learning how to use the splits. Additionally, they submitted the rebates and warrantee for us! Very happy with Diamond Comfort.

They are a small family owned company whom I met at the Big E home show. They came out and did my house estimate, we set up an appointment for the installation I was trying to qualify for the MassSave program they walked me through every single step of the way documented all the equipment that qualified for the $10,000 home rebate. they arrived they didn't waste any time, they went right to work got everything done had friendly great attitudes knocked it out of the ballpark within eight hours our whole heat pump mini split system was installed and working great I couldn't be happier I highly recommend them to anyone.

Diamond Comfort installed a heat pump and back up furnace at my residence just prior to Thanksgiving. They are a Mass save approved contractor and very familiar with the loans, rebates, and nuances of the Mass save programs and energy audit. I secured 5 contractor quotations for my project and selected Diamond Comfort. I am glad I did. The quality of their work was excellent, and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I met with diamond comfort 2 months ago and today they arrived to install my heat pump mini split system. I now have four inside units and a large outside unit to handle all my heating and cooling needs. They are incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend them. The rebates the government is offering right now made this a no-brainer.

Several years ago, we engaged Diamond Comfort to install 2 mini-spilts in our home. They did a great job and handled all of the paperwork for the various rebates available to us. We have since moved, and in the new house we have two pre-existing mini-splits, whose last service was unknown. I called Diamond Comfort to come out and service the units. The technician (Aleisha) was prompt and efficient. She asked a few questions about how the units had been operating to ensure she addressed our concerns, and performed the maintenance, giving us peace of mind for the winter. She also cleaned up, leaving no trace of any equipment or cleaning supplies. We highly recommend Diamond Comfort for installation and servicing.
